Desjardins was re-assigned to Hartford of the AHL on Wednesday, reports Andrew Gross of The Record.No surprise here as the team seems to have leaned more towards a competition between newly acquired Antti Raanta and Magnus Hellberg for the Henrik Lundqvist's back-up goaltender.
