Flames' Anthony Peluso: Back to riding buses
Peluso was sent down to AHL Stockton on Monday.
Peluso was pointless in Sunday's game but did finish with seven penalty minutes. He'll report back to AHL Stockton where the 6-foot-3 winger has posted a goal and four points in 16 games this season.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Rises to big club
The Flames recalled Peluso from AHL Stockton on Sunday.
Peluso has played three games for the Flames this year and averaged 4:40. The 29-year-old is known to stir things up with 29 PIM in 16 AHL games this year, so he may be a physical presence in Sunday's Battle of Alberta with Ryan Lomberg suspended.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Headed back to minors
Peluso was shipped back to AHL Stockton on Monday.
Peluso appeared in just one game during this latest call-up (Nov. 7 versus Anaheim), in which he recorded one hit and a minus-1 rating while logging a paltry 4:20 of ice time. While the winger should continue to feature on the Flames' list of potential call-ups this season, he is unlikely to see much action even when he is with Calgary.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Promoted to big club
The Flames recalled Peluso from AHL Stockton on Wednesday.
The Flames only had 12 healthy forwards on their active roster prior to Peluso's promotion, so he'll round out the team's depth up front until Dillon Dube (concussion) is cleared to return. The 2007 sixth-round pick has notched one goal in five AHL appearances this season.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Reassigned to AHL
Peluso was reassigned to AHL Stockton on Thursday, Kristen Anderson of The Calgary Sun reports.
Peluso draws the short straw in heading back to the AHL in order for the Flames to get two-way defenseman Travis Hamonic (face) in the lineup again. It's safe to drop Peluso since there's no telling when he might return to the top level.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Called up to big club
Peluso was summoned from AHL Stockton on Saturday.
Peluso was limited to two games with the Capitals last season, but he secured a one-year, two-way deal with the Flames in late August. A pesky winger with limited offensive upside, he's not worth a look in most fantasy leagues.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Waived for assignment
Peluso was waived by the Flames on Sunday, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports.
Peluso, who played with the Capitals last year, was an offseason addition for the Flames. He's a scrappy winger with 277 hits and 213 PIM through 144 NHL games, so the Flames could recall him if they need a physical spark.

Flames' Anthony Peluso: Latches on with Calgary
Peluso signed a one-year contract with the Flames on Tuesday.
According to CapFriendly, this is a two-way contract for the 29-year-old winger, so it's far from a guarantee that Peluso will see enough time at hockey's highest level to make a tangible fantasy impact. Besides, he has just 14 points (four goals, 10 assists) through 144 career contests after stints with Jets and Capitals, respectively.

Capitals' Anthony Peluso: Reassigned to minors
Peluso was sent down to AHL Hershey on Thursday.
Peluso saw just 9:17 of total ice time between his two appearances for the Capitals. The club no doubt would like to see the 28-year-old playing more, which is likely why he was shipped back to the minors. The winger is still looking for his first point of the year -- in either league -- which was probably a contributing factor as well. In return, the Caps promoted center Liam O'Brien to the 23-man roster.

Capitals' Anthony Peluso: Promoted to big club
The Capitals recalled Peluso from AHL Hershey on Friday.
Brett Connolly (upper body) is expected to be sidelined for at least two games, so Peluso will likely slot into a bottom-six role for Saturday's matchup with the Oilers and Sunday's game against the Flames. The 28-year-old forward has gone scoreless in three contests with AHL Hershey this campaign.

Capitals' Anthony Peluso: Placed on waivers Monday
Peluso was placed on waivers Monday, Pierre LeBrun of TSN reports.
The sixth-round pick from the 2007 NHL Entry Draft will report to AHL Hershey if he clears waivers. A hard-nosed winger, Peluso may get a call-up if the Caps decide they need some toughness on their roster, but his fantasy upside will be strictly confined to deeper leagues even if he does get some playing time in the NHL this season.

Capitals' Anthony Peluso: Heading to Washington organization
Peluso has signed a one-year contract with the Capitals.
The 28-year-old winger had a goal and five points in 35 games with the Jets in the 2015-16 season, his most recent stint in the NHL ranks. With only two assists in 22 games with AHL Manitoba last season, the sixth-round pick from the 2007 NHL Entry Draft has almost certainly been signed for depth purposes and does not hold any fantasy value unless unless he can stick in the top league.

Jets' Anthony Peluso: Will make long awaited return
Peluso (shoulder) will make his preseason debut against the Senators on Monday.
Peluso has been sidelined for nearly seven months following shoulder surgery and will finally get back on the ice. The 27-year-old featured in just 35 contests last year in which he logged a paltry five points. Given a general lack of production, combined with an inability to play a full 82-game season, fantasy owners may want to steer clear of the winger.

Jets' Anthony Peluso: Undergoes shoulder surgery
Peluso underwent surgery to repair his injured shoulder, and will be out a minimum of 16 weeks.
It's an unfortunate turn of events for Peluso, but fantasy owners don't need to concern themselves with the veteran winger's predicament, as he's been a healthy scratch more often than not during the 2015-16 campaign. The former sixth-round pick will finish the season with five points (one goal, four assists) and 44 PIM in 35 games.

Jets' Anthony Peluso: Sidelined 3-to-4 weeks
Peluso (upper body) will miss at least the next three-to-four weeks.
The Jets' bruiser was injured in Thursday's tilt with the Isles after logging just 1:22 TOI. Peluso has matched his career-high point total of five after playing 35 games this season, but head coach Paul Maurice has opted to leave Peluso out of the lineup more often than not. With Nikolaj Ehlers (eye) suffering an injury as well, the Jets recalled J.C. Lipon as forward reinforcement.

Jets' Anthony Peluso: Will not return to Thursday's game
Peluso (upper body) will not return to Thursday's game against the Islanders.
Peluso made it through just three shifts before coming out and will not return this game. It's unclear as to the extent of his injury, but the Jets could opt to bring up someone from the AHL to replace the fourth-line right winger. He has five points in 34 games this season.

Jets' Anthony Peluso: Makes impact in return to lineup
Peluso made a notable return to the lineup Monday against the St. Louis, dishing out an assist and three hits while finishing with a plus-2 rating.
Peluso was a healthy scratch for Winnipeg's prior three games, each of which the Jets lost by a combined score of 18-6. Peluso earned his assist by winning both the race to the puck in the St. Louis corner and the ensuing battle with Blues defenseman Jay Bouwmeester, then leaving the puck in an area for Mathieu Perreault to gather it and feed Bryan Little in the slot. After putting in a spirited performance for a team that has lost six straight (0-5-1), expect Peluso to remain in the Jets lineup for the time being.
