Released From PTO With Hawks
Kopecky was released from his professional tryout contract with the Blackhawks on Monday.The Blackhawks are pretty deep at forward, so it isn't a shocker that Kopecky was unable to secure a spot on the team's 23-man roster. It isn't clear whether or not the 33-year-old winger will draw any interest from teams looking to add bottom-six depth to their forward group.
