2026 World Cup Kalshi trading preview

The United States Men's National Team has only advanced past the Round of 16 twice in its history, placing third in the inaugural World Cup in 1930 and making the quarterfinals in 2002. However, the national team has been angling towards a potential breakout at the 2026 World Cup since it was announced for North America in 2018. Kalshi World Cup 2026 pricing lists the USA at 1.6 cents per share to win it all and they're 25 cents per share to qualify for the quarterfinals.

Their principle rivals Mexico are also a host nation this year and El Tri is also hoping that playing on the home continent helps spurn a historic performance. Mexico has never advanced beyond the quarterfinals in its World Cup history and didn't advance past the group stage in 2022 for the first time since being disqualified in 1990. Kalshi lists Mexico at 2.0 cents per share to win the 2026 World Cup.

Canada is the third and final host nation, and the Canadians will only be making their third appearance ever in the World Cup. They didn't make it beyond the group stage in 1986 or 2022, but they have Champions League quality players leading the charge in 2026 like Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies and Juventus' Jonathan David. However, Canada is still a longshot to win World Cup 2026, with Kalshi pricing them at 0.4 cents per share. Claim the latest Kalshi promo code CBSSPORTS when you sign up for Kalshi here:
