The semifinals of the Concacaf W Champions Cup will be a clash between the NWSL and Liga MX Femenil, as two teams from both leagues advanced to the knockouts of the tournament's inaugural edition.

Mexico's Tigres topped Group A after winning three out of their four games, while reigning NWSL champions NJ/NY Gotham FC were runners-up in the group after an unbeaten campaign. Group B, meanwhile, finished with three teams on nine points, meaning Club America and the Portland Thorns respectively advanced as the first and second place teams while the San Diego Wave were eliminated in the group stage.

The semifinals and the final will be single-elimination matches that will take place next spring at a yet-to-be-determined location, as will the third-place match.

The tournament is modeled after the men's equivalent and designed to capitalize on the increasing attention and investment in the women's game around the world. The Concacaf W Champions Cup allows NWSL teams to test themselves against other top teams in North America, while the latter will have a heightened stage to play on as they measure themselves against the USA-based teams. The competition will also serve as a qualification tournament for the inaugural FIFA Women's Club World Cup, which will feature 16 teams and is currently scheduled to take place in January and February 2026.

You can watch all of the action across the platforms of CBS Sports, including CBS Sports Network, Paramount+ and CBS Sports Golazo Network.
