The Duke vs. North Carolina college basketball rivalry is one of the best in all of American sports, and Saturday's showdown in Durham was set to be a barnburner. It very well still could be, given how potent the Tar Heels are, but they'll be facing the No. 1 team in the nation without superstar Caleb Wilson, who has been lost for the season after suffering an injury in practice. Wilson had already been sidelined with a different ailment and was working his way back. The burden will therefore remain on center Henri Veesaar to lead the charge against Cameron Boozer and the Blue Devils. The SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every game 10,000 times, likes the Tar Heels to cover the 17.5-point spread, as they do so in 56% of its simulations, while Over 146.5 gets a "B" grade in hitting at a 64% rate.
