Williams (hamstring) is out for Monday's Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Lakers.
Williams will miss a sixth straight game due to a left hamstring strain he sustained in Game 2 of the team's first-round series against the Suns. In the interim, Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace are candidates for expanded roles.

Thunder's Jalen Williams: Remaining out for Game 3
The Thunder list Williams (hamstring) out Saturday against the Lakers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
Williams will miss his fifth straight playoff game due to a left hamstring strain after sustaining the injury in Game 2 of the Thunder's first-round series versus the Suns. The 24-year-old had been limited to just 33 appearances during the regular season, missing time due to a pair of wrist surgeries along with a pair of right hamstring strains. If Oklahoma City is able to win Saturday and push its series lead to 3-0, the Thunder could continue to hold Williams out for Game 4 with the aim of ensuring he's closer to full health for the start of the Western Conference Finals.

Thunder's Jalen Williams: Undergoing MRI on hamstring
ESPN's Shams Charania reported Thursday on NBA Today that Williams is undergoing an MRI on his hamstring.
Williams departed Wednesday's Game 2 win over the Suns in the third quarter due to an apparent left hamstring injury, and the Thunder are awaiting word on the severity of the issue. The star forward has been plagued by multiple hamstring problems in 2025-26, resulting in multiple extended absences, so Oklahoma City will be hoping Williams is dealing only with soreness as opposed to another strain.

Williams is considered week-to-week with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, per Shams Charania of ESPN.

Meanwhile, Isaiah Joe, Cason Wallace and Ajay Mitchell will all be asked to step up in Williams' stead.
