The NBA's two Los Angeles franchises square off as part of the league's rivals week with the Clippers and Lakers squaring off. The Lakers are among the top teams in the Western Conference at 26-16 with their biggest stars – Luka Doncic, LeBron James – leading the way. The Clippers, meanwhile, are 19-24 entering Thursday, though they are winners of seven of their last 10.
