NBA same-game parlay for Friday, March 7: Nikola Jokic key component of Suns-Nuggets SGP

The Denver Nuggets play host to the Phoenix Suns in a Western Conference matchup at 10 p.m. ET on Friday night. The Nuggets, led by Nikola Jokic, are 40-22 this season and currently hold the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference. Devin Booker's Suns, meanwhile, are 29-33 and have lost seven of their last 10.
