  • Suns' Koa Peat: Scores 12 points in SL loss

Peat posted 12 points (5-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-3 FT), four rebounds, two steals and one assist across 28 minutes in Sunday's 81-75 Summer League loss to the Pelicans.

Peat turned in a relatively efficient performance and finished as the Suns' third-leading scorer, albeit in a losing effort. He also tied for the team lead in steals. The rookie forward has scored at least 12 points in both of his Summer League appearances thus far, totaling 29 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block in those outings.

  • Suns' Khaman Maluach: Hauls in 15 boards vs. NOLA

Maluach recorded 15 points (5-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 15 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 28 minutes during the Suns' 81-75 Summer League loss to the Pelicans on Sunday.

It was the second double-double in as many Summer League games for Maluach, who hauled in 15 of the Suns' 41 rebounds while finishing as the team's second-leading scorer behind Darius Brown (18 points). Maluach was a first-round pick of the Suns in the 2025 NBA Draft but averaged just 8.9 minutes per game in his rookie season. He figures to enter training camp competing with Oso Ighodaro for backup minutes at center behind Mark Williams (foot).

  • Suns' Khaman Maluach: Records double-double Friday

Maluach finished with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 11 rebounds, two steals and one block across 26 minutes in Friday's 81-79 Summer League win over Portland.

Maluach had a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double to begin his time in Las Vegas. He was efficient from deep, though he had trouble taking care of the ball and committed a game-high seven turnovers. The 2025 No. 10 overall pick appeared in 46 regular-season games for Phoenix during the 2025-26 campaign, finishing with averages of 3.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.7 blocks and 0.1 steals over 8.9 minutes. Maluach is currently listed behind Mark Williams and Oso Ighodaro on the depth chart, but he will likely need to clean up some things before earning consistent minutes for the Suns in 2026-27.

  • Suns' Javonte Cooke: Scores 21 points off bench

Cooke finished with 21 points (7-12 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and one rebound across 24 minutes in Friday's 81-79 Summer League victory over Portland.

Cooke came off the bench Friday, but it didn't stop him from tying Bulls guard DJ Steward to finish the night with a game-high 21 points. Cooke went undrafted in 2023 and has been battling for a spot on an NBA roster since. He most recently spent time in Portland on a two-way contract in 2025-26, averaging 1.2 points, 1.0 rebounds, 0.4 assists and 0.3 steals over 4.9 minutes in 19 regular-season appearances before he was waived this past March. The 24-year-old could earn a chance with another club heading into the 2026-27 campaign, though he is not expected to hold a meaningful role even if he plays well during the rest of his time in Las Vegas.

  • Suns' Koby Brea: Signs two-way deal with Phoenix

Brea signed a two-way contract with the Suns on Monday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Brea played in 12 regular-season games for the Suns as a rookie in 2025-26, averaging 3.8 points and 0.8 assists in 7.0 minutes per contest. He'll likely be a featured player for Phoenix's G League affiliate to open the 2026-27 season.

  • Suns' Pat Spencer: Lands two-way deal with Suns

Spencer agreed to a two-way deal with the Suns on Thursday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Spencer spent the last three seasons with the Warriors. While the 29-year-old didn't see consistent action for Golden State over the years, he is still coming off his best season, averaging 11.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.2 steals while shooting 40.0 percent from deep over 29.6 minutes in 14 regular-season starts. Spencer could get on the floor for the Suns occasionally during the 2026-27 campaign, though he is expected to spend most of his time in the G League.

  • Suns' Luke Kennard: Signs with Phoenix

Kennard signed a two-year, $13 million contract with the Suns on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

After playing for three teams in the past two seasons, Kennard will join the Suns and figures to play a meaningful role off the bench. The veteran sharpshooter appeared in 78 regular-season games (six starts) between the Hawks and Lakers in 2025-26, averaging 8.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 0.7 steals in 21.6 minutes per game. He also led the league in three-point percentage, shooting 47.8 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Suns' Jamaree Bouyea: Team option being exercised

The Suns will exercise the $2.58 million team option on Bouyea's contract for the 2026-27 season, per Michael Scotto of USA Today.

Phoenix reinforces its backcourt depth behind Devin Booker and Jalen Green with the move. Bouyea averaged 5.7 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 14.0 minutes per contest through 46 games during the regular season.

  • Suns' Miles Bridges: Headed to Phoenix

The Hornets traded Bridges, a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick to the Suns on Sunday in exchange for Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale and a 2033 first-round pick, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Bridges should continue to start in Phoenix, but his usage will likely dip, as he'll be competing for touches with the likes of Devin Booker, Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks. Bridges supplied averages of 17.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.9 triples per game this past season with the Hornets, but his offensive role might shrink some with the Suns.

  • Suns' Corey Camper: Lands Exhibit 10 contract

Camper signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Suns on Thursday, Chris Murray of Nevada Sports Net reports.

Camper didn't hear his name called during the 2026 NBA Draft but will have a chance to leave a positive impression with the Suns during Summer League. Over 33 appearances (32 starts) for Nevada in 2025-26, he averaged 16.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 32.2 minutes per tilt.

  • Suns' Mark Williams: Plans to sign three-year deal

Williams (foot) plans to sign a three-year, $38 million contract to remain with the Suns, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Williams averaged a double-double in his final season in Charlotte. While his production dropped in his first year with the Suns in 2025-26, he still averaged 11.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.9 blocks and 0.9 steals across 23.6 minutes. Without question, the 24-year-old is a talented player, though injuries have kept him off the floor more often than not. It's unknown if Williams will remain the Suns' starting center in 2026-27. However, even though Oso Ighodaro, Khaman Maluach and Rasheer Fleming have shown flashes of promise, they still aren't as skilled as Williams when healthy.

  • Suns' Sam Hoiberg: Signs with Phoenix

Hoiberg agreed to a contract with the Suns on Wednesday, Jake Fischer of BleacherReport.com reports.

The exact terms of the contract are unknown, but Hoiberg will presumably join the Suns for Summer League. He earned Big Ten All-Defensive Team honors in 2025-26, averaging 9.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 steals across 35 outings with Nebraska.
