CHARLESTON, Ill. (AP) Montell Goodwin scored 22 points, Demetrius McReynolds added 16 and Eastern Illinois upset UT Martin 81-71 on Thursday night.

The duo split 28 points in the first half when the Panthers shot 55 percent, including 7 of 13 3-pointers, to take a 45-33 lead. The Skyhawks got within six after a 9-0 run early in the second half but Goodwin and Casey Teson hit 3-pointers in an 11-2 run that made it 60-48 with 11:43 left.

In the final three minutes, Eastern Illinois made 9 of 10 free throws to keep the lead in double figures. The Panthers finished 21 of 27 from the line, outscoring UT Martin by 16.

Teson finished with 14 points for Eastern Illinois (12-14, 4-8 Ohio Valley), which won the first meeting 82-71 in double overtime.

Jacolby Mobley had 17 points and Javier Martinez 16 for the Skyhawks (17-10, 7-5), who dropped a game behind Murray State in the West Division.
