Moore scores 23 as Missouri State defeats Belmont 87-80

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) Chance Moore scored 23 points off of the bench to help lead Missouri State past Belmont 87-80 on Saturday.

Moore added 13 rebounds for the Bears (14-9, 6-6 Missouri Valley Conference). Alston Mason was 7 of 14 shooting, including 1 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 7 for 9 from the line to add 22 points. Donovan Clay was 5 of 13 shooting, including 2 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 4 from the line to finish with 15 points, while adding seven rebounds.

Keishawn Davidson led the way for the Bruins (12-11, 5-7) with 22 points. Malik Dia added 20 points, seven rebounds and two steals for Belmont. Ja'Kobi Gillespie also had 15 points, seven assists and two steals.
