SEC Injury Report
WR Malcolm Mitchell, Georgia, (shoulder)
Next game: SEC Championship vs. No. 2 Alabama, Saturday, 4 p.m. ET (CBS)
The standout wide receiver and kick returner wore a green non-contact jersey at Wednesday's practice, but coach Mark Richt said Mitchell will play. The sophomore has 36 catches for 532 yards this season, and all four of his touchdown catches have come in the past five weeks.
CB Damian Swann, Georgia, (neck)
Next game: SEC Championship vs. No. 2 Alabama, Saturday, 4 p.m. ET (CBS)
Swann also wore a green non-contact jersey at Wednesday's practice, and like Mitchell, he's fully expected to play. Swann missed last weekend’s blowout win over Georgia Tech.
WR Kenny Bell, Alabama, (leg)
Next game: SEC Championship vs. No. 3 Georgia, Saturday, 4 p.m. ET (CBS)
Bell, a deep threat who averaged 25.4 yards per catch, broke his leg against Auburn and is out for the season. Coach Nick Saban plans to pull the redshirt off highly touted freshman Chris Black.
Big East Injury Report
QB Teddy Bridgewater, Louisville, (wrist)
Next game: at Rutgers, Thursday, 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Bridgewater, the favorite for Big East offensive player of the year, fractured his wrist in Saturday's loss to UConn, but coach Charlie Strong said he will play Thursday. Senior Will Stein, who Bridgewater supplanted as the starter last season, is the backup. Stein has thrown for just 72 yards on 12-of-23 passing this year. The Cardinals will earn a BCS bowl berth with a win over Rutgers on Thursday night. Here’s a list of the notable injuries heading into the game, compiled by Big East Rapid Reporter Evan Hilbert.
RB Jawan Jamison, Rutgers, (ankle)
Next game: vs. Louisville, Thursday, 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Jamison has been slowed by a bum ankle for weeks, and the Scarlet Knights' leading rusher only managed nine carries for 14 yards against Pittsburgh last weekend and 13 carries in his past two games. He says he's back to full strength, though, and Rutgers will need him to help balance the offense on Thursday.

Big Ten Injury Report
WR Jared Abbrederis, Wisconsin, (head)
Next game: Big Ten Championship vs. Nebraska, Saturday, 8:17 p.m. ET (Fox)
Abbrederis suffered a mild concussion in last Saturday's loss to Penn State but has been cleared to play against the Huskers. Abbrederis averages 17.4 yards per catch, the fifth-most in the conference. The Badgers need him to complement RB Montee Ball as the Huskers boast the top pass defense in the country.
LB Chris Borland, Wisconsin, (hamstring)
Next game: Big Ten Championship vs. Nebraska, Saturday, 8:17 p.m. ET (Fox)
Borland missed the last two games -- both losses -- with a hamstring injury but has practiced this week and is expected to play. He's the Badgers' third-leading tackler and could play a huge role against Nebraska's prominent rushing attack.
DT Baker Steinkuhler, Nebraska, (knee)
Next game: Big Ten Championship vs. Wisconsin, Saturday, 8:17 p.m. ET (Fox)
Steinkuhler injured his knee against Iowa last Friday and is out for the conference championship game. He had 47 tackles and 2.5 sacks this season. Sophomore tackle Chase Rome is expected to help replace him, but defensive coordinator John Papuchis didn't rule out switching the Huskers defensive alignment to a 3-4 defense in an attempt to negate Steinkuhler's absence.
C Justin Jackson, Nebraska, (ankle)
Next game: Big Ten Championship vs. Wisconsin, Saturday, 8:17 p.m. ET (Fox)
Jackson sustained an ankle injury in last week's win over the Hawkeyes and will miss Saturday's game against the Badgers. The Huskers will use a center by committee approach. Junior Cole Pensick and coach Bo Pelini's nephew, sophomore Mark Pelini, are expected to split time at the position.
Big 12 Injury Report
QB David Ash, Texas, (rib)
Next game: at Kansas State, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ABC)
Texas already announced Case McCoy as the starter this week, although Ash is listed as questionable because of a rib injury he suffered against TCU. Coach Mack Brown wouldn’t specify if Ash was benched due to the injury or for the two interceptions he threw against TCU on Nov. 22nd. McCoy hasn’t started since the final game of the 2011 regular season against Baylor but has played fairly well in relief duty this season. The junior has thrown for 408 yards and four touchdowns to just one interception, which came last game vs. TCU.
S Ty Zimmerman, Kansas State, (foot)
Next game: vs. Texas, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ABC)
Zimmerman had a boot on his left foot and was on crutches during the loss to Baylor two weeks ago. Coach Bill Snyder doesn’t disclose any information regarding injuries, but without Zimmerman on the field, the Wildcats gave up 580 total yards. Zimmerman has five interceptions this season.
DE Alex Okafor, Texas, (ankle)
Next game: at Kansas State, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ABC)
Okafor left the Nov. 22 loss to TCU with an ankle injury and is officially questionable for Saturday’s game. The Longhorns' pass rush is significantly weaker without Okafor; they don’t have a healthy DL with more than two sacks. Okafor’s eight sacks rank third in the Big 12.
CB Ishmael Banks, West Virginia, (undisclosed)
Next game: vs. Kansas, 2:30 p.m. ET (FSN)
Banks had to be carted off the field and is out after sustaining an undisclosed injury against Iowa State on Nov. 23. Coach Dana Holgorsen said no surgery was required and they hope to get him back for the bowl game. Fortunately for West Virginia, Kansas’ passing attack averages just over 150 yards per game, the 117th-worst mark in the country.

Pac-12 Injury Report
NT Terrence Stephens, Stanford, (personal matter)
Next game: Pac-12 Championship vs. No. 17 UCLA, Friday, 8 p.m. ET (Fox)
Stephens missed last week's regular season finale against UCLA due to an undisclosed personal matter. Coach David Shaw has said that Stephens' status remains unchanged this week, which means he could be out Friday for the Pac-12 Championship game. Stevens, who was named Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 this week, has recorded 3 TFL's and a sack this season.
Punter/holder Daniel Zychlinski, Stanford, (shoulder/arm)
Next game: Pac-12 Championship vs. No. 17 UCLA, Friday, 8 p.m. ET (Fox)
Zychlinski was injured after fumbling the ball following a bad snap in Stanford's win over UCLA. This is a big loss for the Cardinal and that's mainly because Zychlinski's backup, Ben Rhyne, has never punted at the college level or held at any level, both of which he'll be asked to do on Saturday. Rhyne said he and Zychlinski have worked on holding for three years together, so it’s not entirely new.
OT Simon Goines, UCLA, (knee)
Next game: Pac-12 Championship vs. No. 8 Stanford, Friday, 8 p.m. ET (Fox)
Goines was injured in the first half of UCLA's loss to Stanford last Saturday and didn't play the second half. Goines appeared to aggravate an injury to his left knee in the game. Coach Jim Mora told the Orange County Register this week that he expects Goines to play.
ACC Injury Report
DE Cornellius (Tank) Carradine, Florida State, (ACL)
Up next: ACC Championship vs. Georgia Tech, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Carradine suffered a torn ACL last week against Florida and will miss the rest of Florida State's season. He is the team's leading tackler (80 tackles) and will be missed against Georgia Tech's option attack. Redshirt freshman Giorgio Newberry and true freshman Mario Edwards Jr. will try to fill the void.
RB Orwin Smith, Georgia Tech, (ankle)
Up next: ACC Championship vs. Florida State, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Smith missed last week's game at Georgia due to an ankle injury he suffered on Nov. 17 against Duke. Smith has been held out of practice this week, and coach Paul Johnson said that if he does not practice on Thursday then he will not play against the Seminoles. Smith leads the Yellow Jackets with 673 rushing yards and averages 9.0 yards per carry. He also has 271 receiving yards.
C Jay Finch, Georgia Tech, (undisclosed)
Up next: ACC Championship vs. Florida State, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Finch missed practiced on Wednesday with an undisclosed injury he suffered during Tuesday's practice. Coach Paul Johnson is optimistic Finch will play Saturday. The Yellow Jackets will need to be at their best against Florida State's elite defensive line.
