Oklahoma State WR Tracy Moore was arrested on Aug. 24 for suspicion of providing alcohol to a minor, according to the Daily O'Collegian. Moore received a citation and a $549 fine.
An Oklahoma State spokesman declined comment when reached by Gina Mizell of the Oklahoman. It is not yet known whether Moore will face a suspension.
This is the third time in six months that Moore has been arrested in Stillwater. Moore was arrested in March for a public intoxication complaint and in June for outraging public decency. He was fined for both offenses but never charged with a crime.
Moore is Oklahoma State's top returning receiver this season. He caught 45 passes for 672 yards and four touchdowns last season.
