Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly confirmed to the South Bend Tribune that walk-on S Chris Salvi has been awarded a scholarship for next season. The news was first announced by a couple ND teammates on Twitter.  "He's done everything we've asked him to do in representing our program," Kelly said.
