Joey Julius has been wreaking havoc on kick returners for the first four games of the year. Penn State's colossal kicker crushed Kent State's return man in Week 1 before getting a shot at Michigan's Jourdan Lewis last week.
Lewis took to Twitter after the game and was upset with the man who was supposed to be blocking for him, Jabrill Peppers.

Well Minnesota redshirt freshman linebacker Jaylen Waters has seen enough. Waters took matters into his own hands on Saturday against the Nittany Lions and planted Julius on his butt.

Later on in the game, it happened again. It's clear that Julius has now made himself a target.

That target became even more clear after Walters went after Julius AGAIN later on in the game with this cheap shot.
