The No. 17 Boise State Broncos are still very much in the mix for a College Football Playoff spot, and their next test involves a trip over the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii. Can Boise State continue its trend of hammering opponents on a weekly basis?

Over their last three games, the Broncos have an average margin of victory of 31.7 points. Boise State has outclassed every team on its schedule of late, and that might continue this weekend against Hawaii. As is always the case, the Broncos' offensive dominance begins and ends with Heisman Trophy contender Ashton Jeanty.

The Boise State running back has put up some jaw-dropping numbers this year. Through just five games, Jeanty has totaled 1,031 yards and 16 touchdowns while averaging 10.9 yards per carry. The Rainbow Warriors have to find a way to slow down Jeanty, which no other team has done.

Hawaii's two wins this season have come against Delaware State and Northern Iowa, but it has played a couple of close games against FBS opponents. The Rainbow Warriors are coming off a three-point loss to San Diego State, and they dropped a tight 16-13 game against UCLA to open the year.

In that loss to the Aztecs, Hawaii did find some success through the air with quarterback Brayden Schager throwing for 272 yards, three touchdowns and an interceptions. He'll need more of the same to lead his team to an upset of Boise State.
