The Jets waived Bryant (concussion) from injured reserve Tuesday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.
Bryant is still awaiting his NFL debut after entering the league as an undrafted rookie in 2018. He'll be free to sign with another team if he clears waivers, which is expected considering he's not healthy yet.

Bryant suffered the concussion in Saturday's preseason game against the Saints, and coach Adam Gase said after the contest it was a serious concern. The 23-year-old will reverted to injured reserve if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

The severity of the issue is unknown, although head coach Adam Gase told Connor Hughes of The Athletic that it is serious. Bryant signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent in July and has been on the team's practice squad since being let go at roster cutdowns. Plenty of healthy bodies remain in the secondary for New York, as the 25-year-old is likely to primarily serve on special teams.
