Rivers (knee) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday and shifted to injured reserve.
Rivers was placed on injured reserve in early October after suffering a torn ACL, and he's now returned there after spending the past week-plus on the COVID-19 list. He'll continue rehabbing in preparation for the 2022 campaign.
