Jacob Eason: Dropped by Green Bay
The Packers waived Eason on Monday.
Eason was picked up by the Packers less than two weeks ago, but it now appears that the team has decided to part ways with the Washington product. With Eason off the roster, Green Bay's No. 2 quarterback spot is expected to be claimed by either Sean Clifford or Michael Pratt.

Packers' Jacob Eason: Signing with Green Bay
Eason signed a one-year deal with the Packers on Tuesday.
Eason will join Green Bay after spending time on both the Giants' practice squad and active roster last season. The 26-year-old will now spend the summer competing for the backup spot behind Jordan Love.

Giants' Jacob Eason: Serving as QB3 on Sunday
Eason (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles, but will serve as the team's emergency quarterback, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Eason was signed to the Giants' active roster Saturday after joining the team's practice squad Thursday. He'll be padded up for New York's regular-season finale and will only see the field if Tyrod Taylor and Tommy DeVito sustain injuries.

The Giants signed Eason to their active roster Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Easmon rejoined the Giants' practice squad Thursday after being cut from the team Dec. 4. He'll likely operate as the QB3 behind Tyrod Taylor and Tommy DeVito for Sunday's contest against the Eagles.
