Garrett Groshek: Released by Vikings
Groshek was released from the Vikings' practice squad Tuesday.
The 24-year-old signed with the team's practice squad Nov. 16 but was let go Tuesday. On the season, he has yet to appear in any contests. Groshek will now look for a new squad in need of backfield depth.

Garrett Groshek: Lands with Vikings
Groshek was signed to the Vikings' practice squad Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Groshek has yet to appear in a game during the 2021 season, though he did spend time with the Raiders during training camp. He won't serve an immediate role for Minnesota but will provide some extra depth to the backfield.
