Packers' Josh Jacobs: Overcomes cramping to score thrice
Jacobs rushed 26 times for 106 yards and three touchdowns without recording a reception in Sunday's 38-10 win over the 49ers.
Jacobs gave fantasy managers a scare when he limped off the field after scoring his second touchdown of the contest. Fortunately, Green Bay's leading rusher was only dealing with cramping and was able to return and finish off the victory. Jacobs added four more rushing attempts and a third score following his brief exit, assuring those rostering the tailback that he avoided a potential stint on the sidelines. The three-score effort helped the bruising rusher surpass his season rushing and touchdown totals from last year in two fewer games since joining the Packers. Expect a well-hydrated Jacobs to be a key part of Green Bay's attack against Miami on Thanksgiving.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Back in Sunday's game
Jacobs (cramps) returned to Sunday's contest against the 49ers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
After scoring his second TD of the game with 4:28 left in the third quarter, Jacobs went to the locker room and was considered questionable to return due to cramps. He missed the Packers' next offensive possession but got back on the field early in the fourth quarter, eclipsing 100 yards on the ground on his 23 carry of the game.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Departs due to cramping Sunday
Jacobs is dealing with cramps during Sunday's game against the 49ers.
After scoring his second touchdown of the contest with 4:28 remaining in the third quarter from one-yard out, Jacobs ran to the locker room and was deemed questionable to return shortly thereafter. Jacobs had 22 carries for 99 yards and the pair of end-zone visits at the time of his exit. Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks are the other running backs available on the Packers' game-day roster.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Cleared to play
Jacobs (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Listed with lower-body injuries more often than not, Jacobs has yet to miss a game this season, averaging 17.6 carries for 83.8 yards and 2.3 catches for 18.6 yards. A total of five TDs in 10 games is somewhat disappointing relative to his yardage, but he's scored all five of those within the past six contests after failing to hit pay dirt over the first month of the season. The upcoming matchup looks more favorable than a date with the 49ers typically would be, as the Packers are considerable favorites against a team that's missing a bunch of key players, including QB Brock Purdy (shoulder) and DE Nick Bosa (hip).

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Another limited showing
Jacobs (quadriceps/calf) was limited in practice Thursday.
A pair of lower-body injuries have resulted in a cap on Jacobs' reps so far this week. The Packers may clear up his status upon posting their final practice report of the week Friday, but assuming he's able to suit up Sunday against the 49ers, he should be good for his typical 19.9 touches per game.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Dealing with dual health concerns
Jacobs was a limited participant in practice Wednesday due to quadricep and calf injuries, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Jacobs operated with a cap on his practice reps last week due to a quad issue, but it didn't stop him from avoiding a designation ahead of this past Sunday's game at Chicago. Overall, he handled 22 touches in the 20-19 win and turned them into 134 yards from scrimmage and one rushing score. Jacobs now has another health concern to deal with, though, so his listing on injury reports Thursday and Friday should be telling for his odds to continue operating as the Packers' No. 1 back on Sunday against the 49ers.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Robust production in win
Jacobs rushed 18 times for 76 yards and a touchdown and brought in four of five targets for 58 yards in the Packers' 20-19 win over the Bears on Sunday.
Jacobs saw his usual workload on the ground, logging under 20 carries for the fifth time in the last six games. As customary, the versatile veteran was efficient with his opportunities while setting a new season high in receiving yards. Jacobs also scored his third rushing touchdown in the last three games on a seven-yard run just past the midway point of the third quarter, making it a productive all-around fantasy day for him in the narrow divisional win. The offseason addition will carry a four-game streak of at least 76 rushing yards into a Week 12 home showdown against the 49ers.
