To'oTo'o tallied 13 tackles (nine solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 19-13 win over Chicago.
To'oTo'o led the Texans in tackling for the second straight game Sunday, and he recorded his first career sack in the process. To'oTo'o saw his playing time on defense diminish in the second half of the 2023 regular season, but has earned a starting spot in the Texans' linebacker corps alongside Jake Hansen and Azeez Al-Shaair. To'oTo'o has 20 tackles to start the season, which ranks tied for ninth in the NFL.

To'oTo'o (concussion) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
The rookie linebacker out of Alabama missed the Texans' previous two games with a concussion, but he was able to log a full week of practice and is now in line to play in Sunday's divisional matchup. To'oTo'o has earned more playing time as the season has progressed, appearing in eight games and recording 53 total tackles, including one tackle for loss and one forced fumble.

To'oTo'o practiced Wednesday, but he sat out Thursday and Friday, so it comes as no surprise that he won't suit up in Week 10. In his absence, 2022 third-rounder Christian Harris is in line to start at linebacker Sunday.

To'oTo'o (concussion) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
To'oTo'o saw a season-low 12 defensive snaps in Sunday's win versus Tampa Bay, and that he might have sustained a concussion would certainly be a reasonable explanation for why. Given that most players who have sustained a concussion in 2023 have gone on to sit out at least one game, it would be somewhat surprising to see To'oTo'o play Sunday at the Bengals.
