Williams (Achilles) is listed as out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Williams was limited at practice all week as he continues to recover from the torn Achilles he suffered late last season, and he'll have to wait at least one more week to make his 2026 debut. In his stead, Kei'Trel Clark could see a small uptick in snaps.

Williams (Achilles) was a limited participant in practice for the second day in a row Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The cornerback tore his Achilles in December of last season, began training camp on the active/PUP list and was activated from the PUP list in late August. While Williams remains limited in practice, he is out there, indicating that he at least has a chance to play Sunday against the Chargers. The 2023 third-round pick recorded 46 tackles (25 solo), five pass breakups, including an interception, and a forced fumble across 10 games in 2025.

Williams (Achilles) was activated from the PUP list by the Cardinals on Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Williams tore his Achilles in December of last season and began training camp on the active/PUP list. Now that he's healthy again, the cornerback should be able to resume the starting role he filled for 10 games during the 2025 season, when he recorded 46 tackles (25 solo), five pass breakups, including an interception, and a forced fumble.
