Zabel (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Zabel sustained a knee injury during the Seahawks' Week 12 win over the Titans. However, his ability to practice Thursday without restriction indicates that the rookie first-rounder will be available to start at left guard Sunday against the Vikings.

Zabel initially was injured in the Week 11 loss to the Rams but was able to play last Sunday against the Titans, logging 100 percent of the offensive snaps. Zabel should be good to go Sunday against the Vikings.

Head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that Zabel is considered "day-to-day" due to a knee injury he sustained during Sunday's 21-19 loss to the Rams, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
"Really fortunate. [Zabel] avoided a significant injury, which is really positive," Macdonald added during Monday's press conference. Zabel suffered a knee injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game, and his practice participation over the coming days will shed light on his chances of playing against the Titans in Week 12. If Zabel is unable to play, then Christian Haynes will be the top candidate to start at left guard.

Zabel went down with the knee injury late in the fourth quarter, and he was ultimately unable to be on the field for the team's final possession of the game.
