The Red Sox will go with either Alfredo Aceves or Rubby De La Rosa for one of the games of the doubleheader Tuesday against the Rays, the Boston Globe reports Saturday. Clay Buchholz has been scratched from making a start Tuesday.

The 24-year-old De La Rosa was warming up to pitch in Friday's game against the Orioles but did not appear.

Aceves was sent back to Triple-A Pawtucket after his start at Tampa Bay. He won that start and has gone 3-1 with a 5.58 ERA this season in eight appearances and five starts.
