Ramos was removed from Sunday's Cactus League game against the Giants with an apparent injury, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Ramos entered Sunday's game in the fourth inning and allowed a hit and no walks while striking out two in 1.1 scoreless innings, but he was removed with one out in the fifth frame. The nature and severity of the issue aren't yet clear.
