Wallach was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday.
Wallach provided additional catching depth for the Halos over the last week but will return to the minors after Kurt Suzuki was reinstated from the bereavement list. Wallach has slashed .198/.287/.340 with eight home runs, 37 RBI and 32 runs over 81 Triple-A games this year.
