Huff has cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Salt Lake City.
Huff made two starts at the major league level with the Angels and posted an awful 11.81 ERA and 2.81 WHIP over 5.1 total innings pitched before being designated for assignment. He'll stay at the Triple-A level and could be recalled later for organizational depth purposes.
