Adell exited Friday's game against the Rangers with left oblique irritation, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.
Adell struck out in the second inning and was immediately pulled from the game and replaced by Kevin Pillar. The severity of the issue is unknown, but he is likely to undergo further testing Friday or Saturday.
