Adell went 1-for-3 with a solo home run during Monday's 4-2 loss to Toronto.
After striking out in his first two at-bats, Adell came through for fantasy managers with a solo homer in the ninth inning off closer Chad Green. The long ball was merely the Angels second hit of the game. Adell has generated a hit in 10 of 11 games in August, going 12-for-40 (.300) at the plate with six runs and seven RBI.
