The Angels activated Quijada (elbow) from the 60-day injured list Monday.
Quijada has completed the long road back from May 2023 Tommy John surgery. The left-hander allowed two runs with a 13:4 K:BB over 7.2 innings covering nine rehab appearances. The Angels are likely to deploy him in middle relief.
