Suarez earned a save against the Twins on Monday, walking one batter and striking out four in three hitless and scoreless innings.
Suarez returned to the big-league club Monday after spending over two months in the minors. The left-hander tossed 48 pitches (28 of which were strikes) against Minnesota, allowing just one baserunner in an impressive outing. Suarez has experience as both a starter and a reliever in the majors, and it seems likely that he'll function in a long-relief role down the stretch if he remains on Los Angeles' roster.
