Harrison had his contract selected by the Angels on Friday.
Harrison joined the Halos on a minor-league deal in April and will now receive a look in the majors. The 26-year-old hit .213/.305/.368 with six home runs, 24 RBI and 20 stolen bases in 50 games for Triple-A Salt Lake this season, and he should serve as the Angels' No. 4 outfielder. Juan Lagares was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
