Wilson suffered a concussion after he was hit in the head by a pitch at Triple-A Sugar Land on Friday, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Wilson appeared in two minor-league games after he was sent down Wednesday, and he went 2-for-6 with a homer, two runs, two RBI and a walk. It's not yet clear how long he'll be sidelined after he was diagnosed with a concussion.
