Astros manager Joe Espada said Thursday that he plans to have Tucker back in right field for Friday's game against the Angels, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
All four of Tucker's starts since he was activated from the 60-day injured list last week have come from the designated hitter spot, but his return to his familiar position in right field is imminent. Tucker is 2-for-11 with two RBI over 16 plate appearances since rejoining the Astros' lineup.
