The Astros optioned Dubin to Triple-A Sugar Land on Monday, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.
Dubin had pitched both of the last two days, so the Astros will replace him with a fresh bullpen arm in right-hander Kaleb Ort, who was called up from Triple-A in a corresponding move.
