Allen (undisclosed) was reinstated from the COVID-19 injured list Thursday, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
Allen spent just under a week away from the team, but he'll be available off the bench in Thursday's series finale against Baltimore. The 28-year-old has appeared in two games this year and has gone 1-for-6 with a run, a walk and four strikeouts.
