Rooker (ribs) started full body workouts Friday, the Associated Press reports.

It's an optimistic sign for Rooker early in his IL stint, which officially began Thursday. Rooker has actually been sidelined since exiting Sunday's win over the Tigers with the injury, however, so it appears he's starting to make appropriate progress at this stage of the recovery process.
