Cameron isn't in Oakland's lineup for Monday's game against the Mariners.

Cameron has slashed .194/.188/.258 with three RBI while playing in each of the Athletics' last eight games, and he'll now receive a day off to regroup. Seth Brown will take over in left field while Cameron rests, allowing Tyler Nevin to start at first base.
