The Athletics outrighted O'Loughlin to Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday.
Oakland dropped O'Loughlin from the 40-man roster Wednesday, and after clearing waivers, the left-hander will head to Las Vegas. The 24-year-old has a 4.66 ERA and a 6:5 K:BB across 9.2 innings spanning four games with the A's.
