Bridwell allowed five runs on two hits and three walks while failing to record an out in Tuesday's spring game against the Angels.
Bridwell began his offseason being waived by the Angels and subsequently claimed by the A's, only to again be designated for assignment. The 27-year-old will likely need a strong rebound in spring training if he is to earn a spot on the Opening Day roster.
