Toronto optioned Clement to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday.
Clement drew only one plate appearance during his brief stay on the Blue Jays' major-league roster. The 27-year-old infielder has posted an excellent .352/.417/.543 slash line in 52 games this season at the Triple-A level.
