Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford is not in the team's starting lineup Thursday against the Marlins. He left Tuesday's game in the fourth injury with finger sprains and served as a pinch runner on Wednesday, scoring a run.
Crawford has improved offensively over the last two weeks, hitting .316/.386/.368 in 38 at-bats. He has hit .288/.351/.424 in 243 at-bats in 2013.
