Brewers catcher Martin Maldonado hit a walk-off home run in the 17th inning to lift his team past the Diamondbacks 7-6 on Sunday.
''I was really tired, so I was happy to end the game like that,'' he said.
Maldonado went 4 for 6 with two doubles, two walks, two RBI and a home run.
Maldonado's performance came during an awful slump at the plate. In his last five games prior to Sunday, Maldonado hit .071/.133/.205 with just one hit in 14 at-bats.
