Brewers' Frankie Montas: Lasts four frames in no-decision

Montas allowed three runs on two hits and four walks over four innings during Thursday's 16-7 win against Atlanta. He struck out seven and did not factor in the decision.

The right-hander started off the contest with two scoreless frames and five punchouts, but Austin Riley tagged him for a three-run homer during the third inning. Montas needed 91 pitches (55 strikes) to record just 12 outs, as he was unable to complete the necessary five innings to qualify for a win after Milwaukee spotted him an 8-0 lead. The 31-year-old has a 5.10 ERA through 21 starts this season, and he's given up six runs in nine innings across two outings since being acquired by the Brewers.
