Hiura (hamstring) was activated from the 7-day DL on Saturday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
A hamstring strain cost Hiura two weeks, but he's back in time for the final series of the Timber Rattlers' season. Hiura has been among the most impressive hitters from this year's draft class since entering pro ball, slashing .382/.432/.624 in 39 games between rookie ball and Low-A. There was some thought when he was drafted that Hiura may need to undergo a procedure on his throwing elbow, but the Brewers determined surgery would not be necessary.
