Myers pitched 7.1 scoreless innings, allowing three hits and no walks while striking out nine batters, in a no-decision against Cincinnati on Saturday.

Myers and Reds starter Nick Martinez both shined in the outing -- neither gave up a run, and the hurlers combined to allow just four hits over 14.1 frames. Three of those hits were surrendered by Myers, but none went for extra bases, and he notched a season-high nine punchouts to Martinez's seven. Myers has now allowed just two runs over 16.1 frames across his past three starts, but he doesn't have a win to show for it. Nonetheless, he's more than solidified his spot in the rotation since returning from a short stint in the minors June 5. Across 11 starts since that date, the right-hander has posted a sparkling 1.75 ERA and 0.93 WHIP over 67 frames.
