Moreno (personal) will serve as the designated hitter and bat in the cleanup spot against San Diego on Wednesday, Jody Jackson of Bally Sports Arizona reports.
Moreno is back with the team after missing Tuesday's game while on the paternity list, with Adrian Del Castillo being optioned to Triple-A Reno in a corresponding move, per Jackson. He's gone 18-for-63 (.286) with two home runs and 15 RBI since the All-Star break and has an .818 OPS across 350 plate appearances this season.
