Gurriel (calf) is set to play in a game at the Diamondbacks' camp facility at Salt River Fields in Arizona on Saturday, Arizona Sports reports.
Gurriel, who will take at-bats only, is trending toward a return next week. He's been on the 10-day injured list since Sept. 3.
